Hektoen – Cook County CBO program deadline extended

Mobilizing Suburban Cook County Community-Based Organizations to Provide Community Supports for CCDPH COVID-19 Contact Tracing Initiative

On Friday, September 11th, the Hektoen Institute of Medicine with the Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) announced a Request for Proposal for the Suburban Cook County COVID-19 Contact Tracing Community Supports Program. Hektoen is now extending the original submission deadline for proposals from Friday, October 2nd to Friday, October 9 at 5pm (CST). Our intention is to provide an extra week to allow organizations to prepare stronger applications that more adequately reflect their plans to aid their communities.

Check out the RFP At-A-Glance and visit the Hektoen COVID-19 Community Supports Webpage to learn more about this program and to apply.

On Wednesday, September 16 Hektoen and CCDPH hosted an information session about the RFP. A copy of the presentation and a recording can be found on the Hektoen Information Session webpage.
